By confirming a transaction and entering your transaction PIN, you authorize Chase Bank to process the transaction according to the details provided. Once confirmed, transactions may not be reversed.

You are responsible for ensuring that all transaction details, including recipient name, account number, and amount, are accurate. Chase Bank is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

5. Security & Fraud Prevention

We use security measures designed to protect your account and information. You agree not to share your login credentials or PIN with any third party. Any unauthorized activity should be reported immediately.

6. Availability of Services

Chase Online Banking services may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for service interruptions or delays.

7. Receipts & Records

Transaction receipts and records are provided for your reference. You are encouraged to review your transaction history regularly and report any discrepancies promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chase Bank shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of online banking services.

9. Changes to These Terms

Chase Bank reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
